Sega has released further details of an arcade-style shooting game based on the Rambo franchise.
Screenshots have been released of the in-development title, which is not set to arrive on shelves until the Autumn.
Pictures appear to show the game involves a straight-forward shoot-em-up approach, and it is thought the title is a strong candidate to appear on the Nintendo Wii.
Computer and Video Games reports: "From what we can make out of the screenshots, in the game you’ll be taking control of John Rambo and shooting as many people as possible."
Earlier this month Sega announced a partnership with PlatinumGames, a newly-formed development studio.
The agreement will see the duo produce three titles, with a fourth also on the cards for the future.
Madworld is expected to be the first game to result from the deal, with an early-2009 release date pencilled in.
Designed exclusively for the Nintendo Wii, the title wil be a third-person action game played out on a comic book-style backdrop.
