PDC World Championship Darts coming to Xbox 360 and PSP

PDC World Championship Darts is set to be released for the Xbox 360 and Playstation Portable (PSP), following successful sales across other formats.

Following "huge" sales on Playstation 2, PC and Nintendo Wii the title has been confirmed for release on Xbox 360 and PSP on September 26th, according to Oxygen Games.

PDC World Championship Darts allows players to immerse themselves in the ever-growing popular sport and the game’s makers claim offers "the closest experience to actually being there".

Both formats offer an online multiplayer option to take on gamers worldwide in an exhibition match.

Jim Scott, chief executive officer of Oxygen Games, said there are already "over 100,000 fans of the games" in the UK.

"Now we are giving Xbox360 and PSP owners the chance to get in on the action," he added.

Activision has also announced the full track listing for forthcoming game Guitar Hero World Tour.

Some 86 tracks will feature in the game, including those from legends Jimi Hendrix, Ozzy Osbourne and Michael Jackson.
