A new PC game in which players build neighbourhoods over a number of years is to be launched this month.
Beginning in the 1950s, Reflexive Entertainment’s Build in Time spans six decades and follows the story of a character who hopes to grow both his business and his family over the time period.
The game, which features 65 levels, is to be released for the Mac in July.
James C Smith, the producer of the game, said he wanted to make a released which he found exciting.
He added: "We created Build in Time as a way to bring together some of the best game elements from other games that we all enjoyed.
"With interesting things to contruct and upgrade in the neighbourhoods, like observatories and putting greens, the skills the players develop as the game progresses really makes them like ‘I did it!’"
Ubisoft recently announced that it is currently developing a snowboarding game for a number of formats including PC.
Shaun White Snowboarding is expected to be released later this year.
