Nobilis has revealed that Music, which has been created with help from Japanese music teacher Shiro Tsujis, will be released for the Nintendo DS in April this year.
The game features 21 lessons and players also get the chance to try out their skills on virtual instruments shown on the portable games console.
"Monitor your progresses and learning curve with regular quick tests," the publisher explained in a statement.
"Work out your musicality and skills across a series of fun mini games designed to practice your sense of rhythm, your memory, your musical ear."
Overplay recently revealed it is also set to launch a new music title for Nintendo DS.
Musicstar: I Wanna Be a Popstar DS, which is being published by Tivola and DreamCatcher, will see players given the chance to experience being in a band.
