Activision has announced plans to launch a new range of games for the Nintendo Wii this month.
The six games featured in the Fun4All range, which are designed to offer adventures that all of the family can enjoy, are set to be released later this week (February 13th).
Pirates: Hunt for Blackbeard’s Booty, Monkey Mischief and Little League World Series Baseball are among the new titles.
Kate Ward, head of PR in UK and Ireland for Activision, said the rise in casual gaming had influenced thinking behind the new range.
"Parents can feel reassured that buying a game from the Fun4All range will be safe, enjoyable and provide entertainment for children of any age," she added.
It was recently announced that Reef Entertainment is launching a Wii game based on 2000 AD comic character Rogue Trooper.
Rogue Trooper: Quartz Zone Massacre will be released on February 27th for the Nintendo console.
