Wii Music is set to be released across Europe on November 14th.
The exclusive Nintendo Wii release will offer gamers the chance to play over 60 instruments using the Wii remote, ranging from bass guitar and saxophone to steel drum.
Nintendo has announced that the title will have a range of gaming modes, including Jam, Improvise and Quick Play.
Wii Music will also offer tutorials in order to help players "become more accustomed" to differing styles of music.
"The Virtual Drum Kit brings the heart of any band to the Wii by mimicking a real set of drums," explains Nintendo.
"Using the Wii Remote and Nunchuk as drumsticks and the Wii Balance Board as foot pedals, almost every aspect of a standardised drum kit can be simulated."
Ubisoft is currently preparing to release a new Target version of sports video game Shaun White Snowboarding for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii.
