The Pure ONE mini is a solidly-built DAB radio with a surprisingly powerful speaker, according to one reviewer.
Writing for PC Advisor, Rosemary Haworth says that as Pure’s ONE DAB radio is the best-selling digital radio, it is no surprise that the company has made this addition to the range.
Measuring 130 millimetres (mm) tall by 130mm wide, the digital radio features a monochrome LCD window which displays alerts and programme information as scrolling text, as well as signal strength, time and date and whether the radio is set to FM or digital.
Its retractable antenna can be folded away and clipped in place at the back and up to eight station presents can be saved in each mode.
As well as this, the radio features a 3.5mm headphone jack, a rechargeable battery pack and mini USB port.
"At just £39, the Pure ONE mini is an excellent value player that is really well constructed and that offers excellent audio quality both through headphones or when playing through its generous speaker," Ms Haworth adds.
Those looking for a DAB radio for their car might want to consider Pure’s Highway model.
One of its most useful features is its Revu function, which can save broadcasts, according to Ms Haworth.
