A leading mobile phone manufacturer has unveiled a new handset package designed to help users enjoy healthy lifestyles.
The new Nokia N79’s new Active bundle includes a wireless Polar Bluetooth WearLink heart rate belt which can be used with the mobile device to keep track of a person’s fitness.
Users can also share the songs they listen to when working out with friends through the handset, while they can also geotag images taken on its five-megapixel camera.
Juha Kokkonen, director of Nokia’s N-series, said the device is "all about fun and fitness".
He added: "This handset keeps you entertained on those long workouts as you get in shape for next summer, while the Polar heart rate belt lets you know exactly how you’re doing."
Nokia recently announced that it is launching its E63 smartphone in the US market in the near future.
The device includes a full Qwerty keyboard, a music and video player and camera functionality.
