Sony Ericsson has announced that it is adding a new mobile phone to its Cyber-shotrange of devices.
The company’s C903 Cyber-shot is a slider-style handset with controls designed specifically for its integrated five-megapixel camera.
In addition, it includes a unique sliding lens cover to protect its in-built technology, as well as up to 16x digital zoom, auto focus, face detection and video recording capabilities.
Music-playing facilities are featured on the device, while it also boasts Bluetooth and USB connectivity.
Daniel Sandblom, global business marketing manager at Sony Ericsson, said the C903 "adds a creative and stylish mobile phone to our mid-range segment".
He added that it "furthers Sony Ericsson’s digital camera heritage and makes capturing special images even more memorable".
Last month, the mobile phone manufacturer also launched its C510 Cyber-shot phone, which is described as the company’s most affordable handset in the range to date.
It includes a 3.2-megapixel camera and face detection for three people.
