A new mobile phone that can be customised with a range of cases designed to suit a number of needs has been unveiled.
The look and aesthetic of the modu phone can be changed using four jackets, inspired by everyday business use, street-art, nightlife and colourful casings used on other models.
In addition to its phone capabilities, the device, which will be available in the second quarter of this year, includes 2GB of internal memory and music-playing facilities.
Dov Moran, founder and chief executive officer of modu, said the handset turns the notion of a "one-size-fits-all" phone "on its ear".
"The combination of the eye-catching modu phone with the new modu jackets offers not only personalized style but affordable updates without the costly expense of buying a new phone," he added.
Sony Ericsson recently announced it is expanding its Walkman range of mobile phones.
The W395 handset features in-built stereo speakers, FM radio and TrackID technology.
