Inventor unveils Time Table

Inventor unveils Time TableA leading technology website has revealed a new table which also doubles up as a clock.

The Time Table, which is the brainchild of designer Ross McBride, turns a normal brushed-steel style table into a huge digital watch at the flick of a switch.

Gizmodo.com reports that it works using a layer of electroluminescent plastic, which creates the digits and updates wirelessly to ensure the correct time is shown.

According to the manufacturer, the Time Table also features an alarm and automatic switch-off timer.

The data on the table is also stored so it does not have to be reprogrammed after being switched off.

No information has yet to be released regarding either availability of pricing.

An American inventor recently unveiled its new safety accessory called the Baby Bumper, which fits onto the edge of a table and provides a cushioned edge to protect young children who are eating there.
