A high-tech coffee table that features a built-in CD and DVD player has been unveiled.
The Digitable, designed by Peter Lea, looks like a ordinary, stylish piece of furniture but has a media player located in its centre, reports Slippery Brick.
As well as this, the table also has a disc storage carousel attached to the bottom, something that "plays into the geek factor", the website stated.
The news provider envisions the "Digitable would work best with perhaps a flat panel mounted on the wall and some contemporary looking speakers."
It will also suit anyone who is looking for the "extreme minimalist look" in their dwelling, the website adds.
Last week, it was reported that a coffee table which allows people to play the classic computer game pong has gone on display.
The device, created by Moritz Waldemeyer is part of the Elastic Mind exhibition at New York’s Museum of Modern Art.
