Children’s rocking chair available from Heirloom

Children's rocking chair available from HeirloomA children’s rocking chair made by Swedish furniture company Heirloom is "a nice mix of wood and leather", according to one website.

The Ellinor rocking chair by Catharina Engelholm, which is available as a one or two-seater, has curved wooden feet while the egg-shell white leather cover has a spill-resistant outer layer, reports retrotogo.

Cushioning made from jute, horsehair, wadding and cotton fabric is also available and customers have a choice between walnut or birch for the chair’s wooden feet.

Heirloom - as its name suggests - makes high quality furniture to last that can be passed down from one family member to another.

Meanwhile, the Birmingham Mail has recently reported that Scandinavian furniture is continually popular with UK consumers.

According to the newspaper, furniture, and other design products from the country, are the "essence of cool, calm … and those appealing qualities explain perhaps why we don’t seem to be able to get enough of it".
