A leading GPS device manufacturer has revealed it is adding two new features to one of its models.
TeleNav has announced that its internet-connected Shotgun device is now available with mileage tracking software, which is designed to help business users who need such information around expenses.
It also now includes a new reviews program which gives motorists a chance to read up on points of interest including restaurants and hotels.
Sal Dhanani, co-founder and senior director of marketing for TeleNav, said the firm is "constantly thinking" about how to help its customers.
"Many of us are frequent travelers ourselves, so we know the pain. TeleNav Shotgun is not just another GPS device. It’s a business tool," he added.
Rival navigation solutions firm TomTom recently revealed it is offering those who buy its devices around Valentine’s Day the chance to receive a voice instruction download for free.
The audio packages include soundalikes of celebrities such as Kylie Minogue and Brad Pitt.
