Nikon’s Coolpix P6000 features the highest specifications and features, according to one technology news website.
Product Reviews reports that the new digital camera was designed with the enthusiast photographer in mind and will take on the Canon PowerShot G10 head on.
The review notes that the Coolpix P6000 is the successor to the P6000 and boasts a range of new features that leaves the previous model look "inadequate".
Its sensor has been increased to 13.5-megapixels and the camera now boasts a 4 x, 28 by 112 millimetre zoom lens.
"Another great feature has to be the built-in GPS support, which can automatically geotag your photos," the site says.
Meanwhile, the Photography Blog reports that the camera is retailing for £429.99 and is the "ideal" pocket camera for the "keen" photographer.
It adds that the device has a LCD screen which measures 2.7-inches and has a "much-improved" DSLR-like hand grip.
