The Creative Zen X-Fi mp3 player is "an outstanding digital music player", according to Tim Moyniham from PC Advisor.
In a review for the website, he claims that the device has "better sound" than an iPod despite its distinctly lower price of £149.
The Creative Zen X-Fi supports a variety of music formats, including mp3, WAV, WMA and AAC and can also stream media direct from a PC using its wireless connection.
In addition, the simple navigation buttons on the device were described as "well spaced and easy to use".
"The Creative Zen X-Fi is arguably the most innovative, feature-packed player on the market, and it’s an absolute steal for the price," concluded the reviewer.
Creative recently unveiled its new Zen Mozaic portable music player which is available in sizes up of up to 8GB and has a "bold new look", according to the manufacturer.
