TomTom’s Go 730 Traffic is an excellent sat-nav, according to a leading technical website.
In a review by techradar.com, the sat-nav was praised for its new compact and slim design, with a large screen offering "plenty of space" for users to read the maps on view.
During testing, the Go 730 was found to be quick in locating satellites and the signal strength remained constant throughout, the only problem was occasional "struggling" in heavily built up areas.
The Go 730 features Bluetooth compatibility, meaning users can utilise the device as a hands-free kit with a voice address input system available.
"Features include TomTom’s IQ Routes technology – which uses average speeds of traf?c to pick the fastest routes," explains the site.
"Traffic Message Channel is built in, informing you of congested roads and allowing you to take alternate routes."
TomTom recently launched a new series of products, the Go x40 line, which features three models with an expanded version of IQ Routes.
