A leading GPS device manufacturer has launched two new systems designed for use with BMW vehicles.
Garmin’s new Portable Navigation System Plus and Portable Navigation System Pro have been launched at dealerships and are designed to fit easily onto mounts included in BMW 1, 3 and X3 Series models.
Both of the models feature touch-screen displays, built-in mp3 players and Bluetooth hands-free functionality.
Roger Jollis, Garmin’s director of OEM and mobile marketing, said the new systems "provide an excellent choice to meet the high demands of BMW customers".
He added: "Our breadth of knowledge, gained over approximately 20 years in the GPS navigation market, is unrivalled, and working with BMW for the last five years has allowed both parties to share their respective expertise."
James Morris of TrustedReviews recently claimed Garmin’s new Nuvi 765T is a "thoughtfully designed" GPS device.
The writer added that the system includes an easy-to-use interface and "every essential feature" a motorist would need.
