Hannspree launches new TV

Electronics company Hannspree has launched a new 15-inch LCD TV featuring a distinctive design.

The new Starlight Blue system is based on a night theme and features shaped blue casing which features in-built lighting that makes it "sparkle" at night.

As well as coming with its own uniquely styled stand, the television also features a 1024 x 768 XGA resolution, as well as 500:1 contrast ratio.

In terms of sound, the Starlight Blue also features two two-watt speakers, as well as a viewing angle of 150 degrees.

The launch of the television with a starry night theme has come after Hannspree also unveiled four new sporty-themed LCD TVs.

Called the XM-S Series, the televisions are available with covers in the shape of baseballs, basketballs and footballs.

The company’s other ranges include 32, 37 and 42-inch systems in its XV series, as well as other novelty sets in the style of fire engines and animals.
