Toshiba has added a new model to its Qosmio range of laptops.
According to the electronics manufacturer, its new Qosmio F55 computer features a 15.4-inch screen, Intel’s Core 2 Duo processor and built-in GPS capabilities powered by Garmin.
The system includes Regza Link HDMI technology, which allows users to integrate it into a home theatre system, as well as a DVD SuperMultiDrive which supports 11 formats.
Jeff Barney, vice-president and general manager of Toshiba’s digital products division, said that the company was "proud" to expand its product line.
He added: "The Qosmio F55 laptop series is in line with that vision, and through the addition of GPS, gaming-level graphics and a premium design, it’s a powerful machine that will turn heads wherever users are."
Toshiba recently also launched its new Portege R500-S5007V laptop, which includes a 128GB solid state drive.
According to the company, the new system is one of the thinnest and lightest portable computers available to laptop users today.
