The new Dell XPS 630 gaming desktop makes the pastime affordable on a PC, according to one review.
Prices start at $1,319 (£668) for the model which includes an Intel quad-core CPU in addition to 2GB of RAM and the chance to upgrade to 4GB, reports Product-Reviews.net.
According to the review, although the market for gaming desktop PC’s is very competitive, "Dell has got a great hold on the market" and "the reason for this is that it makes gaming affordable on a PC".
The Dell XPS 630 includes NVIDIA GeForce 8800 Graphics Card with 512 MB and with a 500 GB hard drive, the model also offers more than adequate storage space, the review said.
PCPro reports that the GPUs are complemented by a Soundblaster X-Fi XtremeGamer sound card.
"It’s a machine that will be able to handle almost any modern game with ease," the website said.
