Mischa Barton launches headband range

Hollywood starlet Mischa Barton has launched a new collection of fashion headbands.

The former OC actress has collaborated on the hair accessories with designer Stacey Lapidus and the designs include pearl and crystal-studded bands.

Her foray into the world of headbands marks her second into fashion designing, having already created a range of handbags for R12K, which is now on its third season and sells in both the UK and Australia.

Despite her love of fashion, Mischa’s unusual sense of style can lead her to make some outlandish wardrobe choices.

The actress, who is rumoured to be starring in the forthcoming series of Ugly Betty, was listed in Entertainmentwise’s Worst Dressed Star of 2008 countdown.

However, the top spot was taken by Mean Girls actress Lindsay Lohan, who launched her own range of leggings this year, followed by Victoria Beckham.

Paris Hilton and Mariah Carey also made the list.
