I’m Celebrity star signed by Ultimo

I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here contestant Nicola McLean has been signed up to promote products for a major lingerie brand.

The glamour model began her work with underwear business Ultimo by opening the company’s latest store in Aberdeen.

She posed in one of the firm’s bras, as well as her shorts and hat from the TV series in which she finished sixth, at the launch.

Discussing her plans for the future at the event, Ms McLean claimed she is planning to release a book with Esther Rantzen.

"People would never expect me and her to be working together, but we get on really well so I’m just going to enjoy it," she told stv.tv.

Other stars who have been signed up Ultimo in the past year include former Spice Girls star Melanie Brown and former glamour model Melinda Messenger.

The company has also worked with Katie Green, a model who stopped working with a rival firm after being called "too fat".
