Marks & Spencer has launched its new range of clothing at New York Fashion Week.
The retailer unveiled its 40-piece collection, including items from its new collaboration with Sex and the City stylist Patricia Field, reports The Times.
All of the styles are set to be available on the UK high street on October 16th, available in sizes 8-20 and priced from £60 to £120.
The clothes on show during the catwalk parade included a range of peasant-style tops and "hip-skimming" pencil skirts worn with tick, woven-gold belts.
It is also reported that shoes played a major part in the exhibition.
Kate Bostock, executive director of clothing for M&S, told the newspaper that "the average British woman is so ready for this" and claimed it will generate "a huge amount of interest".
George at Asda have also announced that they are set to use "real people" to model their latest designs instead of following other brands that use international models and celebrity faces.
