Hitachi’s latest ultra-thin TV has been praised in a review for its "breathtaking design and pictures".
Technology website Techradar.com claims that the Hitachi UT42MX70 is less than a third of the depth of "your typical flat TV", being only 35mm thin.

Low energy Bravia launched
Sony has launched a new low energy Bravia LCD (liquid crystal display) TV, it has been reported.
The company’s new 32-inch addition to the Bravia range uses almost 30kWh (kilowatt hours) of power less than the older version of the TV, which represent a decrease of about 25 per cent in annual power consumption, according to PC World.
